View Missing Files

Choose View → Missing Files to open the Missing Files dialog.

If SHX fonts or referenced images are missing, the PDF may show "??" or missing graphics. Replace them in this dialog.

Configure Resource Paths

Set search paths for fonts, external references (XREF), and raster images.

Use automatic or manual font lookup. Automatic lookup searches the system for suitable fonts; manual mode requires configuring SHX and TTF paths. Automatic setup is easier, but manual configuration usually looks better.

Add Resource Files Manually

Add Files copies required SHX fonts, images, and referenced DWG files into the app sandbox (macOS sandbox prevents reading files outside the container).

Configure Font Mapping Manually

Click the button on the toolbar.

Configure mapping for SHX fonts and Asian big fonts. Click Apply to refresh the drawing and resolve garbled Asian text.

Code Page

Different languages use different code pages. The app detects them automatically (GBK for Chinese, Shift JIS for Japanese) or you can switch manually. Latin/ASCII is used by default if none is detected.
